My Morning According to iPhone

Some days you wake up and feel like you are seeing the world through new, fresh, different eyes.
Ducks nest along the canal every spring, and one of the joys I have as I run is watching the babies grow up.  This year was an exceptionally large group--23 teenagers at last count--and they have recently sprouted their adult colors.  Ever morning that group of teenagers is up before dawn, trolling the waters and causing trouble as teenagers do.  They are my private little cheerleaders as I pass by each day.
This was the view down my street as I approached home at the end of five miles. Is there anything more beautiful than sunrise?
Sometimes I actually get a morning where all the kids get along, eat their breakfast, and get ready for school easily.  Today was that day.
Lily did forget her "Constitution Day" cupcakes in the fridge, but aren't they cute?
Mr. Piano is back to his old self.  He's working on a version of "Angels We Have Heard on High," and he can't seem to leave the piano alone.  I've missed Mr. Piano.
And then, after all the kids leave for school, Evie and Calliou pal around as I get ready to complete some last-minute wedding errands.

It's going to be a beautiful day.  I just know it.
