Look at this amazing crew--shrinking every year. I can't believe I'm down to three in school. It's so weird.
Micah is a sophomore.

Micah is one busy guy right now. He leaves home before 7 am and doesn't struggle in till after practice at 5 pm. Between football, piano, and homework, his weekdays are pretty busy, but he does get a little respite on the weekends. Micah is a joy to be around (except when his teenagerhood triumphs over his naturally easygoing nature) and I can't wait to watch him on the field this year.
Hyrum is in seventh grade.

Favorite activities: Reading and playing Dungeons and Dragons
Hyrum has smoothly transitioned to junior high. He is the complete opposite of Micah when it comes to personal style--collared shirts and long pants--but he is looking forward to playing football on a club team this fall. He likes most of his teachers and loves riding the bus to school, especially when they have a drive that allows them to ride the speed bumps!
Eve is in fifth grade--last Denton in elementary school!

Eve is growing up. She is a teacher pleaser and loves to pretend she's a teacher. She makes homework packets and lesson plans, and she's incredibly organized without being OCD. She's learned she kinda likes reading, so I'm hoping that continues through the rest of the school year.
I love these kids of mine, and I think it's going to be a great school year!
