So Sleepy

When Evie was silent for ten minutes on Saturday, I knew she'd fallen asleep somewhere.  This is where Lily found her.

I flashed back to finding Lily asleep on the stairs, just like this, when she was about that age, so I spent over an hour yesterday trying to find the picture.  Couldn't find it.  That's what happens when you were born BD (before digital).  I did find this one of her asleep at lunchtime.
Even Lily had more hair at this age than Evie.  Hopefully one day, right?

And no, I don't make it a habit of allowing my children to get so tired that they just fall asleep anywhere.

  3. I'm just glad she's not a roller. That would have been an awful way to be woken up : )

  5. So cute, Jen! I've got one of Bryce asleep on the stairs. In fact, it's listed in my Extravaganza Review today. If you want to look at that post, it's called "The Sandman Strikes Again!" or some such thing.

    Pretty adorable stuff.

  6. What is it about sleeping children that makes you want to take their picture? We loved doing that.

  12. Darling! I love the way kids can sleep anywhere and in any position!
If only we could keep that as adults.
Hope your December is going great!

P.S. Brittany's cerclage has been great. She gets to see the Dr. each week and get a shot of Progesterone (I think). Such a process but she is over the moon being able to see the baby each week in an ultrasound.

  13. That is priceless!
They are little twins at that age!

Ya, there is a picture of my 3rd child I've been trying to find BD and I'm so frustrated that I can't.
His second son is a clone. When I look at that little grandson it takes my breath away. It's like looking at his daddy!

  15. So cute!

I remember many years ago my little 3 year old brother was missing. We looked EVERYWHERE. Finally my mom called the police in a panic. They came right out and found him asleep in one of our closets! We had even looked there but he was so covered in blankets we missed him. :)

  17. There's just something so sweet about little ones that go and go and go. Until they can't anymore and they fall asleep in the mashed potatoes.

  18. So cute :) I wish Ellie could do the same. She's not a big sleeper unfortunately.
